Yes. You can search all wills registered under your firm and check the status of documents via your Custodius dashboard. As well, any Canadian lawyer in good standing can search Custodius to find a will, helping ensure that your client’s will is located when needed.

Custodius can help you transition your will bank over time. We offer bulk intake services and can assist in organizing and indexing old documents, easing your office's liability and space burden.

Yes. Custodius supports compliance by providing centralized access, indexed records, and a formal succession plan for stored documents—all part of your responsibility to safeguard client files long-term.

Custodius has multiple secure vaults, a business continuity plan, a financial structure that optimizes long term solvency, and a searchable index. In the unlikely event of closure, clients and lawyers would be notified and documents returned or transferred to in accordance with our succession protocol.
