Yes. Custodius supports compliance by providing centralized access, indexed records, and a formal succession plan for stored documents—all part of your responsibility to safeguard client files long-term.
Custodius has multiple secure vaults, a business continuity plan, a financial structure that optimizes long term solvency, and a searchable index. In the unlikely event of closure, clients and lawyers would be notified and documents returned or transferred to in accordance with our succession protocol.
